Manager Auto Accounts, Customer Growth Nordics

We are thrilled to announce an exciting job opportunity at Wallenius Wilhelmsen. Now seeking a talented and motivated Manager Auto Accounts to join our team in Gothenburg. In this role you will drive and coordinate our global partnership with our Auto customers. This includes developing growth opportunities, managing projects, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful completion of tasks and initiatives to achieve business and partnership objectives.

Essential functions:

• Drive and coordinate partnership and growth opportunities with customers
• Develop strong relationships to achieve business and partnership objectives
• Review operational performance to ensure successful delivery of customer contracts
• Account Management:
• Execute account management and sales efforts
• Develop relationships with assigned accounts and manage customer stakeholders
• Create account plans and actively pursue growth opportunities
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver on key projects.

Opportunities and Business Planning:

• Lead contract and tender processes
• Manage the opportunity pipeline
• Develop accurate forecasts
• Run performance analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement improvement measures

‍Required Skills and Key Interfaces:

• Flexibility, solution orientation, excellent communication, analytical abilities, customer centric orientation, and project management
• Encourage initiatives, teamwork, and continuous feedback within and across teams
• Interact with various stakeholders including customer representatives, regional sales, business operations and product development teams within Shipping and Logistics

Education & Experience

• Relevant experience in shipping and logistics

• A strong interest in our customers agenda
• A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
